This past weeks had been an expensive one for me. Not only have I dive into my savings, I'm comtemplating whether I should sell all of my dresses. HAHA. I've more than 10 dresses of which most are kimonos, and I still have some working shirts and all those.. I've been spending a lot recently and on the month of july, I'll not spend a single cent on my clothes. It seems like a tall order but I'll try to stick to it.
I've already so call resign already and there are a few applicants coming in for an interview. I must say my heart was wavering already. A sense of loss overcome me this whole entire day. I dun wanna leave but I cant just stop there and do nothing about my current situations. The class that I thought is till now the best one. Well, considering that I've only started teaching for only 3 months. =.= But thats not the point. I suddenly dun feel like leaving. Afterall, everyday, I look forward to their laughter and complains to put a smile right smack on my face when I sleep. I'm afraid that the new teacher may not treat them well, may torture them!!! But seeing that they have already got use to my torments, they should be fine. HAHA. Ohoh, and there are loads of things that they've done that made my heart melts. Like giving me key-chains, named key chains, cards etc. I'll upload those photos I took soon!! HAHA. You'll see how camera shy they all are. =))
In the meantime, I'll just take all the happy moments along with me only. =)

Today is the day where a person's patriotism are all in question. Haha. Early in the morning and my mum preach about how spore is doing much more better than her own country which is malaysia. Saying about how Malaysia, with its own resources, cant give money to people but spore, with limited resources, can give money to its own citizens. Well, I've never question the ability of spore in the 1st place but living with this kinda mum, its hard not to love spore. HAHA.And today, bought the students to Spore discovery centre. It was a fun experience i must say. And the place was almost packed with NS boys in which I'm still puzzled why were they there. LOL! Not the main point here anyway. Befriend a tourist there. She is from USA and is travelling around the world alone. mus be very $$ to do that pls. She is actually a grandma already and there grandchildren are already in primary school. It has been 20 months since she return to USA. She really won my admiration because even if she is old, she still have that courage to travel the world alone without anyone by her side. She praised spore for its infrastucture and also for our educational system here. Not to mention the social cohesion here as well. I have nothing more to say than a simple thank you and a smile. Afterall, I dun really have much to complain about this small city. =))As school holidays are coming to an end, the students are getting a lot more short tempered and usual. Maybe its because they have to see my face for a longer period than they use to. LOL!! But, I've notice another side of them. Well, in this case, its mostly the P6s. I dun teach them and they are notorious to most teachers. So, when they open up to me, I feel more than just satisfied. Another facet of them puts a really wide smile on my face. Other than being a bully and troublemakers, some actually have a lot to show to the world rather than just being a bully. Of course, i know that when they are in a crowd, they would not want to be friendly to teachers so i accept that. I figure we teachers are just sia kang warriors.. HAHA! Ohwells, another month nearly gone like that. I'm hitting the BIG TWENTY O soon!! HAHA. Will be embarking on another journey of my life soon and i just cant wait. =))Labels: patriotism, spore

Yest was the 1st NDP meeting and yes, I was all alone in that Lt. Well, I'm not the only one. This year, it seems that there are more people joining and i dun mean just students. More and more adults are joining in. And there i thought i was the oldest. =p Anyway, Jess and mandy accompanied me during lunch and after that, they went on to do their stuffs. This year, I'm being allocated to be in the concourse, dealing with adults rather than just kids/students. Ohwells, wun get to see any of my students there. The orientation was fun and albeit we started off quiet and disorganized, we work together in times of all the challenges and listen/guided each other. So at the end, we were all shocked when we won the competition against the other groups. =)) KUDOS TO C1!!!! Haha. We'll do even better on ground. =))
Later, i'll be having my 1st driving lesson!! Wish the uncleme luck.. =))
This has been a crazy week for me. Like literally. A lot of night life i must say! haha. Friday went went to Giraffe @ PS of which photos have been uploaded on facebook. Sat was a packed day. Went to paya lebar for some shopping spree with jess and after that, went to meet the Ms @ PS again. haha. Photos have been also uploaded on facebook. =)) I love love the Fish market there!! Its so nice and all the girls have played too much resturaunt city on facebook. LOL!! Ohya, we couldnt catch any movies coz everywhere was packed!! So we'll wait for the Ghost of girlfriend's past to be released before catching it. =)) After that heavy dinner, we went shopping!! haha. Yes! recently, i've been shopping alot. I doubt my paycheck can sustain it. =s
Monday night was spent at BistroBar with gannie at the singapore flyer there. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable! And also, they have dancing on every monday night!! The guys there are also handsome and have got a talent in dancing!! Haha. I've learnt a few steps myself. =)) Overall, its really well spent despite having to wake up early in the morning for work. =s My darks circles are getting more obvious with each passing night. But, whatever!
Well, since the school holiday begins, i've shouted more frequently and detest going work. Potentially is due to the fact that the students do not have to go to school. They have gone from pure innocent annoyance to ultimate mastered irritation. Its mind blowing but in a bad way. Everyday i go for work, the only time i look forward to is their outing time where they will be out of the centre to do some playing etc. Even when they are allowed to sleep, they dun want to!! And there i'm dozing off.. =.= All the event planning and outings they have, its draining me out. But!! strange enough, at the end of the day, i'll only think about how happy they were, how well they actually behave, how i glow when i find them sleeping peacefully in their room. All these cannot be compared with the amount of pay i'm getting and i must say, despite how i feel every morning, i still love the job. =)
Today, we went to vivocity to catch Monster VS Alien 3D. i must say that although there are some hiccups, its been my best day ever. The way they wanna grab the images made me laugh so hard pls!! Not to mention that they actually wanna play with me. Ya, although i might be a teacher, at least at times, they treat me like friends. I really really love this day. There are a lot to say but i shall say it when the time has come. =))
